Who I am
Technical depth, product judgement, commercial awareness.
I'm Alexander, a product manager who came up through engineering and later operated as CTO and CCO in regulated fintech. I've worked across platform architecture, onboarding, KYC, payments, pricing, growth and the roadmap behind it.
My strength is the overlap: technical fluency, regulated-market judgement and hands-on product delivery. I can work with engineers, compliance, operations and commercial teams to turn messy problems into shipped improvements.

Product, platform and commercial ownership
Regulated fintechBuilt regulated fintech products, then helped scale the outcomes.
As CTO and later CCO, I worked across architecture, onboarding, payments, growth, pricing and the P&L. I led multi-market licensing expansion across several countries, brought multiple payments, banking and KYC partners online, and ran an AI-assisted onboarding redesign to cut friction.

Flagship build
From requirements to production systems.
This was not a product I was handed. As CTO, I led the build from early architecture through to production: onboarding, KYC, payments, FX, admin tooling and the AWS infrastructure behind it.
I then worked across the commercial side as CCO, using that product knowledge to improve growth, pricing, retention and unit economics after launch.
Same product, two perspectives: technical delivery and commercial outcomes.
Where I'm strongest
The areas I add the most edge.
01
Product strategy & roadmap
Discovery-led, multi-market prioritisation and clear bets, translating customer and regulatory insight into a focused roadmap.
02
API platforms & architecture
Platform thinking, third-party integrations and reusability, scalable capabilities across diverse markets.
03
Data, decisioning & pricing
Funnels, risk, pricing and the logic behind every decision, turning data into product outcomes.
04
Multi-market regulated delivery
Shipping across jurisdictions without breaking compliance, balancing local needs against global capacity.
AI-assisted workflow
AI-assisted product delivery.
I use Claude Code, Codex and Cursor to prototype internal tools, analyse product data, draft requirements, build automations and reduce repetitive operational work. The value is not the tools themselves, it's getting from unclear problem to usable product faster.
01
Research synthesis
Turn calls, notes and support themes into sharper opportunity areas.
02
Data investigation
Use exports, SQL and dashboards to find friction before writing tickets.
03
Prototype first
Test flows, automations and admin tools before asking engineers to commit.
04
Clearer specs
Move from fuzzy problems to requirements, acceptance criteria and trade-offs.
What I'm looking for
The next product role.
Hands-on product work where technical fluency, delivery discipline and regulated-market judgement matter. I am deepest in payments, onboarding, APIs, internal tools and platform workflows.
